Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 July 2026. Please read these terms carefully before using this website or booking a workshop session.
These Terms of Service apply to your use of the website operated by Saxepi, registered at Krzysztofa Kamila Baczyńskiego 7/pok.13, Rzeszów, Poland, and to any workshop session arranged through contact with Saxepi. By using this website or engaging with Saxepi to schedule a workshop, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please refrain from using the site or booking a session.
Saxepi provides a workshop series focused on marketing attribution, delivered through facilitated sessions in various formats including half-day orientations, multi-day intensives, and multi-session cohorts. The content is educational and consultative in nature, intended to help teams build their own understanding of attribution models and reporting practices. This website describes those services; it does not constitute an offer capable of acceptance without further individual agreement on scope, dates, and terms.
Workshop sessions are arranged individually following an initial conversation, as described on the Get Started page. Dates, format, and any associated arrangements are confirmed directly between Saxepi and the requesting organization prior to a session taking place. Nothing on this website constitutes an automatic booking or reservation.
Either party may request to reschedule or cancel a confirmed session by providing reasonable advance notice. Specific notice periods and any related arrangements are agreed upon individually at the time of scheduling and are not fixed by these general terms.
All materials created for and used during workshop sessions, including slides, frameworks, and exercise templates, remain the intellectual property of Saxepi unless otherwise agreed in writing. Participating organizations may use materials internally for their own reference following a session, but redistribution or resale of workshop materials to third parties is not permitted without prior written consent.
The workshop series is educational in nature and is intended to build understanding of attribution concepts and methods. Saxepi does not guarantee any particular business result, change in reporting accuracy, or improvement in marketing performance as a result of attending a session. Each organization's outcomes depend on its own data, decisions, and implementation.
To the extent permitted under applicable Polish law, Saxepi's liability in connection with this website or any workshop session is limited to direct damages arising from a proven breach of these terms. Saxepi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost business opportunities, arising from use of this website or attendance at a workshop session.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Poland. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of this website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Poland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights available under applicable law.
